What does it cost to record?
Basic Beefbreeder recording fees 01 April - 31 March 2013 are as follows:

  • Annual fee of £140 per breeder plus £5 per cow
  • Ultrasound scanning undertaken by Signet technicians is typically charged at £6 per head (minimum visit fee of £175)

Additional Data Anaylsis Fee

  • Breeders in England and Wales - full fee covered by levy (EBLEX and HCC)
  • Breeders in Scotland - £25/herd contribution (rest is covered by levy)
  • Breeders in Northern Ireland and overseas - £85/herd

Please note:
